Not sure what I am missing here but when I tried this, I kept getting some question mark inside of a diamond I think where the image is suppose to be. I use Thesis 1.6, and YARP 3.1.6 Other than that everything appeared to work with hooking it in.

i did everything above (except step 5 wouldn't work for me) - and now instead of having 3 related posts, it's only posting one... any ideas?

Ah, you're right. That probably is a better way to do it. I hid the thesis_post_image and manually added the images into the posts I wanted them to show. Luckily my blogs new so it wasn't a big deal to edit the few pages it has.

I've got it working and it looks great, Thanks!

So you are using custom thumbnail images and not letting thesis auto size them with the thumbnail script? I let Thesis do it on it's own using the thumb.php in the code above and then set the size of the thumbnails I want with "w=80&h=50"

<a href=”<?php the_permalink() ?>” rel=”bookmark”><img src=”<?php bloginfo(‘template_url’); ?>/lib/scripts/thumb.php?src=/<?php $values = get_post_custom_values(“thesis_post_image”); echo $values[0]; ?>&w=80&h=50&zc=1″ alt=”<?php the_title(); ?>”/>

This looks like almost what I'm trying to find, the problem is not all my posts have a custom image. I've added custom thumbnails to them, but can't seem to figure out how to change get_post_custom_values(“thesis_post_image”); to showing the custom thumbnails.

Any idea how to do this?
